Really good Service and Great Location

The staff demonstrated really good helpfulness. They arranged a beautiful bouquet and drinks in the room to celebrate a special occasion (it was a complete surprise!). They assisted with luggage right until departure. The location is fantastic, near restaurants and shops, yet set back from the most crowded areas.
The coffee maker in my room leaked a bit. It created a slight mess on the counter.

the location was acceptable due proximity to attractions.
The room size proved insufficient for my needs. Limited space existed for luggage. furthermore, i found the breakfast selection subpar, offering a very small variety. i expect more from an hotel of this claimed caliber.

the valet service was amazing. they helped bring all my luggage and bags to my room. the staff told me about some of the events happening around (ones i didn't know about). the staff are friendly and the hotel is very clean.
i found our room safe was not working upon arrival. i reported it, but it was not immediately fixed. the room keys also stopped working on two occasions. when i gained access after the key issue, i found the room had not been serviced yet.
